With over 30 years of experience as a CFO, CIO, Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions, most recently with the largest multifamily tenant in the nation, Kregg has been a dynamic leader in diverse industries including: business services, banking, CRE (multifamily/retail/office/hotels), hospitality, oil & gas, restaurants, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, travel and staffing. Proven ability to drive overall financial health and sustainability during both economic expansions and downturns (Tech Bubble/Great Recession/COVID-19 Pandemic) leading to growth in enterprise & equity value. He has been responsible for developing and effectively executing on strategic goals and operational initiatives in the areas of M&A, capital raising, finance, risk management, technology, supply chain, procurement, legal and contract management. He has a track record of success in highly structured institutional, fast-paced rapidly changing entrepreneurial, and high-growth startup environments. With expertise in negotiating and closing multi-million dollar transactions, arranging highly structured debt financing, and raising equity capital, he can effectively help meet the financial and business needs of any business.
